That is awesome that you think you can go up in weight with Push. It is always exciting to know that you are improving and getting stronger. I think I did the same thing with Push, except I do notice my shoulders are slower to progress. It is weird because I can actually push myself harder with the deltoids exercises than I can with the overhead shoulder exercises. Weird!!! I actually watched a piece of an infomercial for "Insanity" tonight. I am tempted to look more into it, but I think I will wait and ponder it for awhile. It really does look "insane."
By the way, our address for this sight is "extreme-tight-ass". Apparently "tightass" is already spoken for so I came up with the "extreme" part and it worked. :) It is still public because I wasn't for sure if you guys wanted it private or not. Just let me know!
